SHOE LAST STRUCTURE CHECKING UNIT

During the manufacturing phase, thanks to the testing apparatus model ACS, the model-maker may check the model structure. He may mark the longitudinal axis, check both the heel height and inclination, and the toe height, automatically self-centering the model in its support area on the heel wheel. The apparatus allows to check the exact centering of the model with reference to the base and to do other very important tests for the correct manufacture of the model.

The apparatus is equipped with graduated rules for easy and immediate-to-read dimensions of both insole and instep. Measurements are available in any graduation (English sizes, French sizes, American sizes etc.)

Thanks to this device, the model-maker may quickly measure the height and the inclination angle of the heel.
Moreover he can check immediately the exact execution of the heel shape.

SHOE LAST MODELS CENTERING AND MEASURING DEVICE

Device for the execution of the notches, or of the holes, for the model tailstocks perfectly in axle. A proper millimetres scale allows the reading of the model length at the same time. By the proper device it is also easy to make the exact boring of the model toe in order to apply the toe-cap underlay. In few minutes you can make the model ready for the turning machine. The device is equipped with the necessary accessories for the correct centering of the models used for the roughing operation, as they are bigger than the correspondent finishing model.

SHOE LASTS MODELS CENTERING DEVICE

Device for the execution, perfectly in axle, of the holes for the model tailstocks into the model heel and for the execution of the toe holes in order to apply the toe-cap underlay.
Thanks to outfit supplied it is possible to drill the model heel accordingly to various heel heights.
The model-maker prepares the model in short time and with the maximum precision.
N.B. Drilling operation is done by an electric drilling machine, supplied on request (extra charge).
