  Mixer
Vertical conveyor mixer for plastic materials - flap door for check and cleaning feed hopper of easy access. Safety micro on the flap doors to check and clean. Central conveyor fitted on the ball bearings. Control window on the cylindrical side. Electric control console.

    Hopper
On the hopper is fitted a rotation system that does not allow the material to make blocks that can stop the feeding to the plasticization screw. Besides is equipped with screw conveyor that push the material into the plasticization screw feeding throat. The A.M. system assures the more absolute feeding permittivity even with materials blend, chips/vergin of different density.
 
         
   

Screen-changer
The extruder is equipped with manual screen-changer that has a peculiar thermoregulator self-adjustable system.
Max. temperature: 260°.
The advantages of the screen-changer are:

  • more plasticization of the material most of all with vergin/regenerated mixtures.
  • to block the way of the foreign substances that can be into recovery material.
 
         
   

Normalizing system
This system is composed of

  • belting from the machine to the cooling tunnel.
  • cooling tunnel.
  • heating tunnel.

The speeds of each tunnel have independent regulations in order to optimize all normalizing times according to the type of material used. The beltings are in steel. All tunnels are insulated and equipped with centrifugal fans to allow a steady warm air circulation.The temperature preservation inside the tunnels is guaranteed by control feelers.

 
         
    Plastic material over pressure cylinder into the mould. It is necessary to avoid injection defects (draws and holes inside plastic blocks). The cylinder has also the operation of stripper of the blocs.Stroke and pressure control.  
         
    Heating system of the screw cylinder unit, by electric ceramic resistances with heat dissipators and forced ventilation. All resistances are contained in special insulated protections. The A.M. modern thermoregulator system, assures the even temperature that it is necessary for a good plasticization of the materials. The resistances are of lower power consumption in comparison with the traditional system. The thermoregulated zones are 9.  
         
    Control console with setting of the normalizing system cycle independent from machine cycle.  
         
    Speed of rotation of the tape adjustable speed motor unit with possibility to change continually from 0 to 55/r.p.m.. Visual indicator of the planned speed.  
         
    Hydraulic power pack unit fitted in a position such that allows the maintenance and principally the possible trouble shooting, in a very simple manner.  
         
    Hydraulic motor of great power for the rotation of the plasticization screw. Speed of rotation:0-40 r.p.m. in connection with type and hardness of the material used.
